What you need to get started as a Qlive teacher
Strong subject knowledge (KG-12 based on the classes you choose)
Clear communication in English + basic Hindi/Malayalam (as applicable to your student base)
Laptop/desktop + stable internet
Comfortable using Google Meet/Zoom, WhatsApp, and basic online tools
Willing to attend training and follow Qlive teaching guidelines

Common questions about teaching with Qlive
Both options are possible. Many teachers start part-time and can increase their hours based on their comfort and student load.
The payment structure is confirmed after the interview, and is based on grades, subjects, and expected teaching hours.
No. Freshers with strong subject knowledge are accepted. However, candidates must be ready to learn online tools and teaching methods through the provided training.
The main focus is Indian syllabi (CBSE/ICSE/state boards), but we also work with students from different backgrounds. Further details will be shared during onboarding.
No advanced AI knowledge is required. We will provide training on how to use our AI features to save time and improve teaching.
