Every child learns differently. So we built Qlive around one child at a time.

Qlive started in Malappuram, Kerala, with a simple belief: children do better when someone finds out exactly where they are, teaches them from there, and keeps checking. Today Qlive teaches families across the Gulf, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, India and beyond.

What we believe

Diagnose before you teach

A low mark is a symptom. The cause is often a gap from years earlier. We find it first, with a free assessment, and plan from there.

One child, one teacher

Every class is one-to-one, so the pace, the examples and the questions are all built for the child in front of the teacher.

Doing beats watching

In Qlive Space every class is built from activities your child does. Thinking you can see is thinking a teacher can help.

Honesty over promises

No one can guarantee a result. What we promise is careful planning, consistent teaching, regular checking, and changing course when something isn't working.

The people behind every class

A teacher is the person your child sees. Behind them, a team at Qlive is working on the same goal.

Teachers

Chosen for each child's syllabus, level, language and timezone. They plan from the assessment and teach every class live.

Student Success Partners

One for every family, on your side. They own your child's goal with you and arrange whatever helps reach it.

The academic team

Reviews students' progress and plans, keeps lessons true to each curriculum, and supports teachers with advice, feedback and quality checks.

Because the knowledge about your child lives with the team and in Qlive Pulse, not only in one teacher's head, a change of teacher never means starting again.

How a teacher earns a place at Qlive

Most applicants don't make it through. The ones who do have shown they can teach one child well, on camera, before they meet yours.

  1. 1

    Screening

Subject knowledge, the curricula and grades they can teach, and how clearly they explain.

  2. 2

    Two interviews

A first conversation, then a deeper interview on teaching approach and handling different learners.

  3. 3

    A recorded teaching audition

They teach a real topic on camera in Qlive Pulse, and our academic team reviews it.

  4. 4

    Training in the Qlive way

Qlive Space, Pulse, planning from the assessment, and how we work with families, before they meet a student.
