You shouldn't have to manage your child's tuition
With Qlive, you set the goal. A Student Success Partner and your child's teacher take it from there, and the Qlive Learn app keeps everything in one place, so you always know what's happening without chasing anyone.
A Student Success Partner, on your side
From the first week, your family has one person at Qlive whose job is your child's success. Not a helpdesk, and not just someone who books classes. A person who knows your child, knows what you are aiming for, and keeps working until you get there.
The goal is yours. For one family it is a board exam result. For another it is a seven-year-old reading Arabic without fear, or a teenager catching up after moving countries. Your partner turns that goal into a plan with the teacher, checks in on how it's going, and brings in whatever is needed: extra classes before an exam, a different approach, a new teacher, more practice on one stubborn topic.
-

Marks, confidence, a skill, a deadline. Written down and checked against.
-
Watches progress
Reads the teacher's notes and checkpoint results, and tells you honestly how it's going.
-
Brings in what's needed
Extra classes, a revised plan, a subject added, a teacher change, all arranged for you.
-
Stays with you
The same person over months and years, who remembers the whole story.
The Qlive Learn app keeps it all in one place
Built for Qlive students and their parents. Classes, chat with the teacher and the Qlive team, reminders and school plans, without anything getting lost in a busy family phone.
-
Today and this week
Every class in your own timezone, with the teacher and subject. Tap "I'll be there" so the teacher knows.
-
Join with one tap
Your child joins class straight from the app. No hunting for links in old messages.
-
A chat for every class
Talk to the teacher and the Qlive team about that subject. Send voice notes, photos of homework or files.
-
Reminders that help
A nudge before each class, with a way to confirm or ask for another time.
-
Your free times
Tell us when your child is free each week, so classes are planned around school, sport and family.
-
School exams and study plan
Note upcoming school tests and plan study time around them, so the teacher can prepare your child for what's next.
Progress you can see, not guess
Every student's work runs through Qlive Pulse, so you're never relying on "it went fine" after class.
- Classwork and worksheets
- Set each week by the teacher and Qlive's academic team. Screen questions are marked straight away.
- Careful marking
- Written work is photographed and marked by the teacher or the academic team, with comments, and sent back for another try when that helps.
- Checkpoints
- A short timed test every two to three weeks on recent topics, so gaps show up early.
- Term exams
- For some programmes, such as CBSE Grade 9 and 10 Maths and Science, built only from chapters already covered.
Safe, careful and clear
Recorded classes
One-to-one classes are recorded so our team can review teaching and look into any concern quickly.
Chosen teachers
Teachers are interviewed, audition with a recorded teaching sample, and are trained on how Qlive teaches before they meet a student.
Your data, protected
We follow India's data protection law, never sell data, and delete it when you ask. Read the privacy policy.
Parents often ask
Book a free assessmentWho is my Student Success Partner?
A member of the Qlive team assigned to your family from the start. They get to know your child and your goals, keep an eye on progress, talk to the teacher, and arrange whatever is needed, from a change of time to extra classes before an exam or a different teacher.
Where do I download the Qlive Learn app?
It's on Google Play for Android phones and tablets, and it also works in any browser at my.qlivelearn.com. We create the account for your family when classes start.
Can I sit in on my child's class?
Of course. Many parents of younger children sit nearby for the first few classes. Older students usually do better on their own, and you can follow along through the app and your Student Success Partner.
Are classes recorded?
Yes, one-to-one classes are recorded so the Qlive team can review teaching quality and handle any concerns. Our privacy policy explains how recordings are stored and who can see them.
How do fees work?
Fees depend on the subject, grade, curriculum and how many classes a week your child takes, and we share them after the free assessment. You pay for classes actually taken, by UPI, Indian bank transfer or card, or by international transfer in AED, GBP, USD, EUR or AUD.
What if my child doesn't get on with the teacher?
Tell your Student Success Partner. Sometimes a small change in approach is enough; if not, we find another teacher, who gets a full handover of what has been covered and how your child learns best.
