Is the app free?

Yes. The Qlive Learn app comes with every Qlive programme. We set up your family's account when classes start.

Which devices does it work on?

Android phones and tablets through Google Play, and any device with a browser at my.qlivelearn.com, including iPhones, iPads and laptops.

Can parents and the student both use it?

Yes. It's designed for students and their families. Your child sees their classes and chats; you see the same timetable and can talk to the Qlive team.

Do I still need WhatsApp to talk to Qlive?

No. Once your child has started, everything about classes happens in the Qlive Learn app: reminders, changes, chat with the teacher and your Student Success Partner.
